RE: Needed: Tools for Less Technical Consumers
We have many users online at any given moment, and we work with really large files. It would be nice to have some type of meter not only to see when a file is chewing up a ton of bandwidth, but also to find out if certain owners or employees are tying up a lot of bandwidth.

Not to be gestapo, but when someone's watching Youtube or the a news video, it can really slow everything down.

Lauren, again you're casting false aspersions against ISPs. Our ISP, like the vast majority of ISPs in the US, provides no content to favor.

RE: Needed: Tools for Less Technical Consumers
The relatively few very large ISPs that are serving the vast majority of subscribers in the U.S. are already either heavily into serving their own content (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, Comcast, Cox, TW, etc.) or are rapidly deploying systems to do so. This trend will only accelerate, since it represents a key profit center moving forward.

If you don't have an idea to the connection of protocol, it might be better to call the tech support so that you may follow their advice to make you satisfy. You are the customer that might need some support from their services.
